What the role is: You manage Human Resource (HR) functions to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement. You will be based overseas for this position.
What you will be working on- Oversee manpower planning and administration
- Manage employee welfare programmes
- Implement rewards and recognition systems
- Handle career and performance management
- Execute HR policies and governance
- Coordinate with external stakeholders
- Challenge(s) – Coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Advising Commanders on HR policies
- Strong HR knowledge and experience
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Stakeholder management skills
