What the role is: We manage and supervise the day-to-day operations by proactively providing efficient and effective Human Resource Administration services to tenant units in the Army camps.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of administration functions
- Provide mentorship, coaching and identify relevant training courses to upskill staff and NSFs
- Review work processes to be in sync with prevailing rules
- Maintain HR competency and knowledge management
- Incorporate innovative thinking to improve work processes and services
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Challenge(s) - Keeping processes aligned with evolving HR directives
- Ensuring team competency and knowledge management
- Experience in HR administration is preferred
- Strong competency in SAP and HR Information systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
