What the role is

You lead the Admin Section as a one-stop centre supporting unit's front and middle offices, focusing on Human Resource (HR) management, administration and course administration.

What you will be working on

  • Manage HR policies and administration procedures for the Training Institute
  • Coordinate with external agencies
  • Oversee course administration support requirements
  • Train, supervise and manage NSF Admin Support Assistants (ASAs)
  • Support Training Institute's Front and Middle offices
  • Provide administrative guidance and solutions
    Challenge(s)
  • Managing regular turnover of NSF
  • Coordinating with multiple external agencies

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Training Development
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good team player
    Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
