Office Executive

Responsibilities:
▪ Provide post sales documentation and customer service support
▪ Making and keeping track of incoming and outgoing payments and preparation of journal entries
▪ Prepare quotation, invoices, purchase orders and delivery orders
▪ Input invoices and journals and ensure that all data entry is accurate and all journals are posted successfully
▪ Maintain proper filing and documentation
▪ Assist in organizing and participating in seminars/events for company products and trainings.
▪ Liaise and follow up on sales leads, suppliers, resellers and customers
▪ Manage appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for office staffs
▪ Handle financial claims and annual leaves
▪ Handle recruitment aspect of HR including posting of ads coordinating of interviews
▪ Handle employment pass applications
▪ In charge of requisition supplies, equipment, printing, maintenance, and other services
▪ Handle office reception duties include attending to incomings calls, faxes and office mails
▪ Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
• “A” levels, Diploma or higher in any discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in Admin, preferably with IT knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant disposition and a team player
• Strong administrative and co-ordination skills.
We provide 5 days work week.
