Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager cum Personal Assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations while providing comprehensive support to our executive team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
Personal Assistance:
  • Provide personal assistance to the co-founder, including managing personal appointments, errands, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and external contacts, including family members, friends, and business associates.
  • Handle personal correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
