Manager, People Operations

People Team is Changi Airport Group’s (CAG) human resource function and our mission is to attract and retain talents, build sustained capabilities and create an inspiring workplace. Within the People Team, the People Shared Services team manages our front-line employee services, core people systems and processes.

As Manager, People Shared Services in Changi Airport Group, you will have the opportunity to lead a team size of 8 to 10 individuals. The Manager is responsible to develop the team and manage the delivery of people and workplace services.

Reporting to the Associate Director, People Shared Services, the successful candidate will:

Oversee the day-to-day activities ranging from recruitment support, on/off boarding and transfers operations, employee data management, benefits and learning administration, scholarship and internship support, procurement, and other workplace related services such as name cards fulfillment, airport pass application/renewal and coding, season parking requests for CAG and subsidiaries Work with the third-party vendor to ensure that internal and external service standards and commitments are fulfilled and operations are conducted according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and comply with all prevailing regulations, corporate policies and procedures, and service standards. Drive the team’s performance and build new capabilities in the area of automation, digital transformation. Conduct continuous reviews to recommend and implement improvements in processes and procedures Manage third-party vendors to ensure they perform in accordance to the contractual scope of work and service level agreements. Manage and rectify resourcing and performance issues with the third-party vendors. Responsible for Data Protection and Privacy matters within the People Shared Services Team

Requirements:

Possess a degree in Business/ Human Resource Management related discipline. Minimally 7 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services (or otherwise known as HR Operations). Exposure in managing HR outsourced services or staff augmentation engagement will be an added advantage. Good knowledge and understanding of HR System and preferably SuccessFactors. Ability to balance both process and outcomes, and passionate about quality and continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Able to collaborate and work cohesively within and across teams. A mature, service-oriented, and self-driven individual with growth mindset and has strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
