We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization as People and Culture Manager for ASEAN. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our people and culture function, including talent management, organizational development and culture & employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in those HR domains, exceptional leadership and project management skills, and a proven track record in driving people-centric strategies to support organizational growth and success. Main Responsibilities :  People Strategy Partner with Zone HR Head in developing mid-term and short-term HR strategic plans that aligned with business priorities and requirement on people & organizational capability; provide guidance and support to country HR leaders in the annual planning process Facilitate regular Zone HR strategy execution review and lead analytics on key HR metrics to ensure flawless execution and achievement of desired outcomes Craft and execute annual PC function plan that is aligned with the organization's goals and priorities Strategic Project Management :  Collaborate with zone HR Head and Business Leadership Team to identify zone level strategic HR initiatives that support short-term or mid-term business needs  Lead strategic HR projects and initiatives, such as strategic workforce planning, commercial excellence, leadership development; collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., HRBP, Total Rewards, Regional PC team) to drive desired results and impacts Talent Management Oversee talent management processes such as goal setting, talent review, performance review and continue to improve business leaders’ awareness and capability in talent management and strengthen TM operation excellence Lead zone level critical position succession management and leadership development; develop effective approaches to strengthen leadership pipeline  Culture and Employee Experience Partner with country HR leaders to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and high performance culture Oversee the delivery of global PC key initiatives at zone level (i.e., Diversity & Inclusion) to shape a positive workplace culture which inspires employees to unleash their full potential Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with strong knowledge of HR domains such as HR strategy, project management, talent management, leadership development, change management.  Track records in HR strategic planning, complex change management and leading enterprise-level HR projects is required; experience in both corporate HR roles and management consulting is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team spirits, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions. Ability to travel across different countries in the ASEAN region as needed.
