We are seeking a mature and highly independent candidate tojoin our sales team as the Partner Development manager for the ASEAN market.This position will report to the Digital Industries ASEAN head and will bebased in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understandingof the channel sales aspects of the Digital Industries portfolio, with a strongemphasis on building effective strategic within the region to ensure continuousgrowth of the partner ecosystem. Representing Siemens at senior levels withincustomers' organizations, the candidate will bring forward opportunities fortimely and successful closures.

You’ll make an impact by:

Leading and managing channel business growth by overseeingpartners' target achievements, including target setting, business reviews, andsales strategies. Implementing and overseeing partner networks and programs tosupport effective business collaborations. Creating initiatives to facilitate the entry of localchannel partners into key markets. Collaborating closely with channel partners to managecomplexities or conflicts and ensure awareness of product elements. Maintaining professional integrity, driving policycompliance, and upholding core internal and customer processes for effectiverole execution.

You excel in:

Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics,Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent. Possessing a minimum of 5 years in similar field Demonstrating the ability to effectively manage DigitalIndustries portfolio sales through a channel partner model. Exhibiting strong business acumen for managing forecasts andachieving targets. Managing channel partners and addressing customer demands. Displaying excellent strategic skills , conflict management,and issue analysis capabilities. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams,including presales, sales, marketing, technical, finance, and supply chain.
