  • Process Improvement: Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engineer processes to achieve and exceed service standards or targets.
  • Team Culture: Establish and cultivate a good team culture of best practice sharing within the program to motivate staff to voice out their opinions.
  • Training and Development: Plan and provide on-the-job training to individual staff to improve work performance and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure stock inventory accuracy and records are kept up to date.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure storage and office areas are well maintained.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial position.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills and experience in presenting to senior management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills in verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
  • Technology Knowledge: Good knowledge in latest automation technologies and implementation.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees.
