**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including picking and packing based on customer orders
* Perform scanning and putting away of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing
* Conduct quality checks on received and released goods, verifying quantity and condition
* Collaborate with internal customer service teams and external service providers/suppliers to ensure smooth operations
* Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
* Process system transactions (GR/GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of WMS/SAP systems an advantage
* Possession of a forklift license or experience operating MHEs an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and friendly disposition
* Ability to work long hours and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Physical fitness, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
