Job Summary:

As a Manager, People Shared Services at Changi Airport Group, you will lead a team of 8 to 10 individuals in delivering people and workplace services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the People Shared Services team, including recruitment support, employee data management, benefits and learning administration, and other workplace-related services.
  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure that internal and external service standards and commitments are fulfilled, and operations are conducted according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and comply with all prevailing regulations, corporate policies, and procedures.
  • Drive the team's performance and build new capabilities in the area of automation and digital transformation.
  • Conduct continuous reviews to recommend and implement improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Manage third-party vendors to ensure they perform in accordance with the contractual scope of work and service level agreements.
  • Manage and rectify resourcing and performance issues with third-party vendors.
  • Be responsible for Data Protection and Privacy matters within the People Shared Services Team.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Business or Human Resource Management related discipline.
  • Minimally 7 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services (or otherwise known as HR Operations). Exposure in managing HR outsourced services or staff augmentation engagement will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR Systems and preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to balance both process and outcomes, and passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Able to collaborate and work cohesively within and across teams.
  • A mature, service-oriented, and self-driven individual with a growth mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
