Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets within the assigned region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and securing new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
  • Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a strong understanding of the company's product offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales within the maritime or related industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required
  • Those with marine engineering and marine companies sales/key account will be advantageous
