Regional Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Singapore

Reports to: Head of Marketing & Communications, APAC

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, orchestrating, and sharing all digital marketing efforts of the local and regional IMCD organisation. Thus, the main purpose revolves around creating and sharing content to attract leads among existing customers and prospects. As such, co-creating campaigns with internal teams and optimising our digital approach are among the most prominent tasks of this role.

Position Responsibilities

Generate and curate engaging content for digital marketing purposes, considering the target audience and industry trends. Plan, execute, and report on End-to-End digital marketing campaigns, with a specific emphasis on Marketing Automation and SEM (SEO and SEA) to ensure effective lead generation, nurturing, and engagement (incl. Pardot emails, content creation, SEO optimisation) Utilise a Content Management System (CMS) to publish and manage digital content effectively. (Training is provided) Coordinate content creation with Business Groups for quality control and optimise content from Business Groups for regional and local digital marketing purposes. (Workflows in place) Collaborate proactively with the global Digital Marketing group, Group Digital Marketing Manager, and Marketing Automation Manager to align strategies and achieve common goals. Including receiving training and getting (Pardot) certification, standard processes and (reporting) tooling Use the IMCD framework to implement ROI-focused regional and local digital marketing strategies to drive business objectives. Provide training to commercial and technical teams as part of the lead management process. Able to analyse data and churn reports to enhance campaign performance. Provide timely updates on Digital Marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Preferred Attributes and Qualifications

Proficiency in content creation for digital marketing purposes - researching, writing, and optimising an article. Experience running and reporting on “End-to-End” digital marketing campaigns – understanding the concept of customer journeys, touchpoints, ROI, and email marketing. Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) is preferred. Understands how to leverage data in marketing to drive lead generation. Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, and SEO – and motivated to get certified. Ability to work independently and proactively on local results whilst coordinating and collaborating effectively within a global community structure. Interest in data, reporting, and tooling. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing landscapes. Eager to undergo certification training and adhere to company processes and policies. Results driven. Experience (or even certified) with Salesforce Pardot or account engagement Experience with Content Management System(s) (CMS) Background in executing SEO strategies using dedicated tooling (Google, SEO tooling). Experience in B2B and Lead Generation marketing campaigns. Familiarity with the digital transformation of offline-focused companies. Experience in setting up marketing automation strategies focused on lead generation
