Market Development Manager

Responsible for driving the region to achieve the AOP across our channel partners through driving efficient management and execution of adapted global marketing and digital strategies at local levels across the region. Drives region-level execution digital tools and campaigns, value proposition, in partnership with territory marketing teams to drive demand. Partner with global channel marketing team to deliver strategy and campaigns which are applicable for our channel partners. Drive the development and execution of campaign materials to generate demand through the distributor channels. Responsible for leading the divisional campaigns and regionalization of the campaigns into our country teams.
Focus: Marketing Channel Management
Manages Seismic for deals and distributors and work with country marketing team to achieve compliance and usage by channel partners.
Arranges sales product and campaign training as needed on portfolio by RMDs for dealers and distributors in conjunction with country marketing teams plan
Responsible for adapting global digital campaigns and programs for execution with channel partners to establish strong customer funnel and revenue performance
Work with Global Channel team on delivering tools to enhance channel partner experience
Driving Channel Strategy, objective and goals into the sub regions to drive OG%
Drive marketing campaign adaptation and execution for dealers and distributors
Campaign materials, communication deliverables, digital, web content and arranging translations as appropriate for dealer and distributors
Responsible for new product introduction/launch execution (NPI) and deployment plan, local web content and local activities to support launch through dealers and distributors.
Focus: Divisional Campaigns
Leads the delivery of execution of divisional campaigns into the region
Works with Global Divisional team on delivering tools and assets to enhance the execution and revenue performance.
Manages the campaign material, communication deliverables, digital, web content and dashboard metrics for the APJ region
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital management.
Strong marketing background with validated experience in both strategic and tactical marketing (5+ years).
Building and driving customer focused divisional marketing campaigns across teams to simplify the complex
Ability to build strong networks of key collaborators
Ability to prioritize and lead a demanding workload
Ability to build success in a large organization within a highly matrixed environment
Demonstrates the 4is; Innovation, integrity, intensity and involvement.
