As a Business Development, Insights Analyst Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing new businesses and working alongside the Insights team in uncovering actionable intelligence from data, empowering our team to deliver highly effective and targeted Insights and Analysis for our strategic clients.

Job Title: Business Development, Insights Analyst Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Business Development, Insights Analyst Manager with a passion for growing new businesses and a strong aptitude for data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Insights and Strategy teams, to develop needs analysis and optimize strategies that would fulfill the needs and gaps of our clients’ businesses. You will also work closely with the Insights & Strategy teams to develop and implement research studies that provide foundational learning to inform business/product strategy, product development, as well as insights/measurement to inform and measure GTM (go-to-market) strategy and campaigns. You understand consumers, and have the ability to link insights to strategy and translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications. You are also a thought leader who is curious and passionate about data.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development :
- To identify & sell fit for purpose analytic solutions to clients/agencies, capitalizing on unique martech and data in planning, activation and analysis to help them connect with their customers/users.
- To manage relationships between clients and ACCSS and to provide an exceptional level of client service in line with company expectations.
- To work both individually and as part of a team to ensure assigned team and individual sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Prepare and conduct high impact sales pitch/presentation.
- Prepare and conduct tender response.
- To demonstrate ability to negotiate with customers and effectively close deals.
- To support Sales Management with strategic planning for clients annual marketing objectives to ensure continued growth of existing clients and develop new clients (including revenue forecasting, pipeline management and new business development).
Data Analysis and Insights Generation:
Work alongside Insights and strategy teams :
- To collect and analyze data from various sources, including our Proprietary Business Intelligence platform, Social Media Listening platforms, social media, website analytics, ad platforms, etc.
- To identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- To conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry benchmarks, and potential growth opportunities.
- To analyze competitors' strategies and performance to inform our approach and maintain a competitive edge.
- To break down complex data into simple concepts, by combining your technical and analytical skills with a curiosity and passion for storytelling and marketing.
Data Visualization:
- Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand data visualizations, charts, and graphs to communicate insights effectively.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients in a clear and concise manner.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the advertising and data analytics industry.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in developing and winning new businesses.
- Proven experience of 2 - 3 years working in data analysis and insights generation within the advertising or marketing domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, business intelligence tools, social listening tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Dataroma etc).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and excellent problem-solving, strategy, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, etc) and ad tracking tools is a plus.
- Deep interest in online advertising, digital media consumption patterns, and branding measurement is a plus.
