What can you expect?
Exciting opportunity to join one of the world's largest HR Consulting firms across Asia to gain insights and expertise from top professionals in HR Consulting.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Brainstorm on innovative solutions that can help the business move unto the next level.
Develop and implement solutions that can be immediately impactful.
We will count on you to:
Research on key benefit trends in the APAC region.
Ability to translate data into relevant findings to share insights/trends with stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to build on the industry landscape and Benefits practices to support meetings along with our consultants.
Collaborate with the team to prepare high-quality content for our yearly webinar.
Assist the team in translating key insights into impactful presentation decks for both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide point of views in team discussions and challenge other views in a constructive manner.
What makes you stand out:
Current university student, available full time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
Keen interest to find out more about HR consulting, particularly in the field of employee benefits.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Ready to actively contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Ability to work in a large team and with different stakeholders across the region.
