Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring for a Semiconductor company based in the East of Singapore.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Oversee compliance to legal statutory regulations and headquarters' requirements in C&B function.
  • Ensure competitiveness in compensation through benchmarking with companies in related industries.
  • Plan and execute yearly merit increments and appraisal processes.
  • Propose competitive compensation packages for salary adjustments, promotions, and upgrades.
  • Implement bonus planning proposals and oversee payout activities.
  • Participate in annual budgeting exercises.
  • Maintain knowledge on market issues and changes in government regulations affecting company compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain HR procedures and documents related to compensation and benefits.
  • Drive continuous improvement practices and HR projects.
  • Training & Development
  • Provide guidance on Training & Development to HR Administrator.
  • Identify training and development needs of employees to enhance skills and career development.
  • Recommend training programs and conduct training needs analysis.
  • Act as an internal consultant to facilitate learning and development solutions.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree in HR Management.
  • Minimum 5 years in managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, C&B analysis, and training functions.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, flexible, open-minded, and positive attitude.
  • Hands-on and able to engage teams effectively.
  • Experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is a plus.
