Performance Management and Compensation Specialist

What you will be working on
As a team member, your responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes, particularly within the Performance Management and Compensation portfolios.
What we are looking for
• Minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience in Performance Management or Compensation portfolios• Strong conceptual, operational, and systems thinking skills• Meticulous and attentive to details• Advanced proficiency in Excel software• Previous experience in Public Sector HR or SAP HR system would be advantageous
Successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Senior Manager/ Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
