We are looking for a Compensation Specialist, AP to join us in our Singapore office

Job Description Summary

Knowledgeable across all government regulations governing the compensation policies in different SEA & SP countries. Develops and provides support for the implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs that are cost effective and strong competitive for the company. Manages survey process - participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. Monitors & Provides data insights to address specific pay market concerns. Prepares and analyzes salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. Leads and/or prepares special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options. Familiarity with Workday - maintain and improve on processes to ensure integrity of eligibility data within Workday. Partners with other team members to provide compensation support and recommendations as needed. Leads and/or participates in compensation related projects and activities. Performs periodic data audits to ensure data accuracy.

ABOUT YOU

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in technology or related industry Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market pricing Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to partner and cross functionally Experience of working with internal HR partners to support business priorities Bachelors'/Masters' Degree in any stream from any recognized university An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of complex issues Good analytical skills Regional exposure in current and/or prior role will be an added advantage
