Job Description

Robotic process automation (RPA) is the technology that enables users to configure software robots to emulate and integrate human interaction with digital systems to execute business processes. Software robots utilise the user interface to capture data and navigate applications just like humans do. They interpret data, trigger responses and communicate with other systems to perform a variety of repetitive, rule-based tasks. 

RPA Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end RPA project delivery and building the RPA capability in the organisation. The project delivery would include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, robot development and post-production support to the business users. Candidates are expected to have experience in RPA technology and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Conduct process assessments to identify suitable RPA use cases Gather business requirements from process owners and map work processes for various functions/departments Analyse process workflows and apply process improvement techniques Create process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document Design, test and implement RPA solutions as per the delivery lifecycle Troubleshoot reported errors, identify root cause and provide timely resolution Identify best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions Conduct RPA-related training for local and overseas business units Provide mentorship to business users Publish articles related to RPA to stakeholders Organise new RPA initiatives to increase adoption in the business Work in a team; taking initiative to learn from each other

Requirements:

Preferably with minimum 1-year working experience in RPA implementation using UiPath Experience in process analysis and process improvement techniques Interest in developing RPA solutions, libraries and functionalities Experience working with .NET classes and objects Experience in markup languages (HTML, XML) Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java etc.) Excellent communication skills to liaise with people from different background, technical and non-technical Fresh graduate in Engineering or Information & Communication Technology will be considered
