Purpose of the job:
He/she will start coordinating the service requirements into the existing flows in Suzhou. This means keep track of incoming materials and the reason why they have came in and follow-up the complete process until repaired. Next to manage and oversee the backlog. This in constant coordination and alignment with other stakeholders as production, QA, service BU.
In a second phase, being a driver and coordinator to build out a full svc repair center in Suzhou.
Main accountabilities:
• Develops and implements robust processes to ensure that a high-quality service is provided to both internal and external customers.
• Prepares related reports for management to monitor incoming repairs, backlog or related metrics.
• Conducts analysis activities and makes recommendations for increased organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Interfaces with Global Services teams
• Participates in svc related improvement projects or becomes specialist in a certain domain
In a second phase (mid-term) while building out a full svc repair center in Suzhou:
• Builds out and Manages a team of individual people and ensures that agreed targets are met and that appropriate qualitative standards are achieved.
• Implements staffing and scheduling models to ensure guaranteed coverage to the business.
• Ensures that regular training and appraisals are provided to staff.
• Provides regular performance coaching of staff to ensure highest levels of performance for the team.
Required education, experience and competencies:
Education and Skills:
• University level degree in electronic engineering.
• Good on Mandarin and English speaking and writing
• Good in MS office application eg, MS words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience on ERP/Salesforce system is preferred.
