Responsibilities
Deliver Best of Class Learning by working with our strategic business partners and stakeholders
Source, design, develop, update training materials. Provide and deliver focused training programs to multi-channels. Curriculum design and training delivery must be timely, relevant, learner-centric and performance focused. Enable sales representatives to raise their competency, acquire knowledge, mindset, and skills through relevant, practical & effective training solutions. Support the delivery of tactical initiatives to achieve business plan.Plan and schedule new products launch trainings
Ensure that all tasks involved in the product pre-launch, during launch and post-launch event are carried out smoothly. Obtain approvals for the training materials from the relevant internal and external stakeholders including the Product Managers and Compliance. Update the training materials and inform the relevant parties. Conduct Train-the-trainer (TTT) session. Ensure each task in the product launch workflow is completed within the deadline. Conduct the launch trainings to the sales representatives.Host Third Party providers trainings
Engage with external business partners. Coordinate with third party providers to host and facilitate third party induction trainings. Review the training materials.
