Your role in helping us shape the future:

You will leverage your enthusiasm, engagement and experience as a Sales professional to identify, develop and manage new and existing accounts, ranging in size with focus on key customers across South Asia, Indochina, Mongolia & North Korea. You will take responsibility for your success and continuously drive to utilize Intelsat solutions with your customer. You will act as the voice of the customer inside the organization to provide up to date information on changes within the market. You have taken on challenging quotas in the past and you are up for the challenge.

Apply your strong understanding of the market and region to continuously analyze Intelsat’s position. Then thanks to your brilliant flair for new business and experience you easily identify new opportunities and customers. Keep existing and potential customers up to date with the latest Intelsat sales proposals and marketing materials and work with clients to help uncover new or not-yet-realized opportunities and requirements. Understand how to address customer financial and operational goals and leverage your strategic thinking, great sales and account management skills to actively manage, develop, and guide customers, to achieve the desired revenue and product plans, acting with a sense of urgency  As a great negotiator you close complex new deals and generate revenue growth. Provide stellar customer service as the “go-to” person for your client group who liaises with other departments as needed. Provide direct feedback to internal stakeholders (such as Product teams) to help with the formulation of product and long-term needs. Support the development of unique selling propositions and deliver differentiated services. Continually assess and develop your sales skills and service knowledge and share your knowledge and expertise to provide guidance to your work group. Daily leverage Salesforce to maintain an active and accurate pipeline

You should definitely have:

A university degree or equivalent gained through experience. At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in Asia Pacific satellite and MNO sectors The ability to talk fluently in the language of the Networks, Enterprise and MNO vertical, and possess a proven ability to build a solution which meets the customer’s needs. An ability to bridge the gap to the satellite industry by displaying a solid understanding of both technologies. International experience and exposure to cross functional virtual teaming Experience closing high $ value, complex deals working with a wide range of customers and the ability to close standard deal autonomously Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills including a solid existing network of contacts within the industry. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to deliver impactful, targeted presentations. Demonstrated ability to support the full sales lifecycle Great organizational skills, project management, and attention to detail. Ability to travel up to 40% to meet business needs

It would be nice if you had:

Knowledge and contacts within the MNO sector across South Asia, Indochina, Mongolia & North Korea  Experience selling a variety of technologies/services into MNOs. A strong understanding of satellite technology
