Key Account Manager

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. Responsibility:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to foster account growth within the existing client.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their operations, identify areas for improvement and provide solutions using our platform.
- Work with customer teams to ensure strong product adoption.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
