Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive merchant adoption and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize performance
• Identify trends and insights from merchant engagements to inform our best practices
• Conduct regular performance reviews with merchants to optimize campaign participation and commercial outcomes
• Foster strong relationships with merchants through consistent engagement and exceptional service
What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in Fashion, Home & Lifestyle, Electronics groups and chains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and extract insights from data
• Excellent awareness of consumer trends in e-commerce, with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns to drive growth
• Solution selling skills, with a focus on account growth and relationship development
• Ability to think creatively and logically, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior
