Job Overview

Bosch is seeking a highly skilled Key User Account Management professional to join our team. As a Key User Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining user contact data, building and nurturing direct relationships with key users, and developing and maintaining a hunting list for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain user contact data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Build and nurture direct relationships with key users to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a hunting list for potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure transparency on key users and projects, including potential evaluations, user demands, project management, and infrastructure setup.
  • Regularly update dashboards on users and applications/projects to provide real-time insights.
  • Take responsibility for sales and gross margin targets for sales force-driven customers to drive business growth.
  • Manage, enable, and monitor specialized (sales force-driven) retail operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the After Sales Manager to audit the fulfillment of added value services (logistics, first-level technical support, financials, after-sales service).
  • Provide commercial and conceptual training to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Sell and create additional services such as Fleet Management, Full Service, Pick-up, and 24-hour repair to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop direct sales strategies that do not conflict with retail-driven sales to maximize business opportunities.
  • Personally manage large accounts and projects, focusing on assertiveness, information, and purchase phases to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Aim to cover the top users in the country to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to address user demands for solutions and applications to provide timely support.
  • Serve as an interface and support for divisions responsible for cross-selling concepts to drive business growth.
  • Implement central user marketing strategies and concepts to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure the correct mix of products and services for quality-oriented large users to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industries, with a focus on key account management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Extensive experience in technical sales and project management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex projects.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand and respond to user demands and project requirements.
  • Experience in managing retail operations and after-sales services.
  • Familiarity with logistics, technical support, and financial aspects of after-sales service.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies and driving cross-selling initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in training and enabling sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all hierarchy levels.
