Provide HR support to client groups in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR transactions, Communications, Employee Recognition & Engagement programs, Learning & Development and special HR projects. Assist in shortlisting and coordinating interviews and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements before the new hires begin their roles. Assist in coordinating the pre-onboarding of new hires, ensuring personal details are updated and accurate data entry into Unit4/Prosoft and maintain updated personal details and ensure all onboarding tasks are meticulously managed, contributing to a positive new hire experience. Enhance internal communication strategies through engaging content, contribute to HR e-newsletters by taking photos and drafting articles and collaborate on employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Coordinate training and development programs for participants and analyze evaluation results, providing valuable insights for program enhancements. Participate in special HR projects.
Degree/undergraduate in Business or Human Resources Management. Positive attitude with a growth mindset. Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin and have good written communication skills. Adept at using Microsoft, Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
