You will work closely with Group HR and Group Corporate Affairs to develop and execute strategies that promote our employer brand to internal and external stakeholders, as well as involvement in other HR functions such as Organisational Development.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Assist in developing and creating engaging and compelling content for social media channels, corporate website and career pages, and internal communications. This may include include copywriting, designing images, filming of videos and post content production, as well as monitoring social media trends. Social Media Coordination: Work collaboratively with teams to enhance our employer brand’s presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant channels. Organisational Development & HR Initiatives: Plan, manage and execute OD events as well as end-to-end logistics for OD Workshops and other teambuilding events Support in the other HR initiatives such as content creation, internal communications for our internal systems and change management such as TalentTech4.0, our talent marketplace. Assist in other HR and administrative functions, as and when assignedRequirements
Proficient in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Capcut, Canva Positive attitude, highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create aesthetically pleasing visual content to communicate and brand Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.-
