We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team from Sep to Dec 2024. The HR Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of human resources, including employee engagement, project management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.

What you will do

Engagement initiatives: Plan and execute staff engagement activities and events.Internship Management: Manage the entire internship portfolio from hiring to onboarding to offboarding.Recruitment: Assist in Recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring manager applicant availability & campus recruitment activities.Onboarding: Support the onboarding process such as Induction session.Other HR projects and administration duties (Adhoc).

What you bring

Experience

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.
