As a Sea Logistics Process Excellence Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel in Singapore, you’ll focus on improving and optimizing sea logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing processes, implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for success in this position.
Your Role Managing the process excellence function including all the related activities of process analysis, project management, supporting with documentation + business process modeling in compliance with KN standards.Your focus will be on constantly supporting our teams by seeking opportunities for process improvements to positively impact productivity + data quality. Though process audits + KPI reporting, you will work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the execution + delivery of process excellence. Your Responsibilities- To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + process audits.
- To oversee + ensure the delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.
- To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together with the business unit
- To support process improvement, process re-engineering + support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality + productivity of operational processes + systems.
- To support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting + producing solutions.
- To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled + structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning + execution of project tasks
- To strive for productivity increases through automation + optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality + customer satisfaction in alignment with corporate strategy.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in related field
- Has good analytical skills and mindset
- Able to manage internal and external stakeholders
