About the Team
The SeaMoney team enables and drives innovation by providing a range of financial products and services, including its mobile wallet, ShopeePay, to both individuals and SMEs. Its mission is to better the lives of individuals and businesses in the region with financial services through technology. Job Description
Manage the feature testing and/or regular regression testing , help the team to deliver high quality productsDesign, development and maintenance of testing tools, automation of testing tools and scriptsContinuous improvement and research of testing process, skills, techniques, quality, and efficiencyResponsible for the team’s complexity assessment, testing strategy, and the coordination with other stakeholders. This role can be extended to a leader role. Review team’s test case coverage, follow-up on test progress and testing issues. Provide the technical support for the team about the testing platform usage and maintenanceContinuously develop plans and processes to maintain and improve team’s testing capabilityContinuously develop plans and processes to maintain team’s knowledgebaseAssess and develop team members’ skills and capabilities through training and guidance
5 years or more hands-on experience in feature testing and/or regression testing, familiar with at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, and Golang.Possesses strong technical skills and the ability to complete testing of complex systems independently. Able to provide technical guidance to team membersExcellent logical and analytical thinking abilities to solve various technical problemsStrong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Proactively analyze problems and develop countermeasures to address issues faced.Has the experience to lead a team with 5+ members.Good logical and structural thinkingStrong sense of project ownership and result-orientedGood sense of quality, teamwork, and innovation
