Global Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Specialist

You will be joining our operational key account + implementation team to add your expertise + skillsto the delivery of operational excellence

Your Role You will be responsible for the operational performance + development of assigned customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:- Your Responsibilities
  • To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.
  • To lead business + performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
  • To manage + ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.
  • To initiate + drive continuous process improvements for productivity + operational performance.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
  • To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing.
  • To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence.
  • To ensure SOPs, WIs + templates are up to date + accessible by stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor / Other Degree /or equivalent in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Sea and Airfreight Knowledge
  • IT Savvy and in tune with technology advancements
  • Project Management Skills
  • Possess Integrity, is adaptable, collaborative and willing to learn.
  • Able to work in time critical and fast paced environment.
  • Able to see and think out of the box for solutions and improvements.
  • Possess a positive, "can-do" attitude and confident personality with well-developed communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple datelines and set priorities.
  • Strong team player and able to work in a multi-team environment.
