Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, individual to join the Teradyne Human Resource team as a Regional Human Resource Partner, reporting to the South Asia, Oceania and India Human Resource Director based in Singapore.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the Human Resources (HR) department, supporting various functions related to employee lifecycle management and HR processes:

Employee Lifecycle Management: Implement HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle process - sourcing, interviewing, offering, on-boarding, and off-boarding. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. Collaborate with external vendors for work pass related matters. Develop strong and trusted partnerships with internal business leaders and stakeholders, providing coaching and counsel on people-related matters. HR Policies and Compliance: Review, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Assist in investigations related to employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.  Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment processes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and answer inquiries. Review, recommend benefits in accordance with market data. Collaborate with payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. HR Systems and Data Management: Administer and maintain HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Collaborate with HRIS in optimizing HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy. This role will also provide a great opportunity to handle HR projects and initiatives.

BSc/BA in Business administration, Human Resources, or relevant field. At least 6-8 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist in a regional role, preferably in electronic, technology or manufacturing industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders. Able to effectively handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and India Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems or any other HR software. Experience in SAP Success Factor is advantageous. Solution focused, results driven, proactive and resourceful.
