Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent and Transformation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Intern in our Talent and Transformation team , you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.
We will count on you to:
Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects. Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables. Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.What you need to have:
Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply. Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from January 2025. A passion for learning about various areas of HR.What makes you stand out:
