**Management Associate**

Our company is growing and looking for Management Associates to join our expanding operations. As a Management Associate, you will join a team overseeing day-to-day operations, revenue growth and market expansion, providing hands-on experience for recent graduates and early-career professionals to develop leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with department heads to create and execute strategies for enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Track KPIs to monitor operational performance and find areas for enhancement.
- Assist in improving operations and performance through new policies, procedures, and systems.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Examine data to generate reports for decision-making and insights on operational performance.
- Ensure team members' training aligns with organizational goals.
- Support senior management and help achieve departmental goals.
- Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
- Perform market research to discover growth opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and carrying out marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Help manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement by analyzing sales data and performance metrics.
- Keep updated on industry trends, competition, and best practices for informed decision-making and strategy development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and derive valuable insights.
- Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Organized with attention to detail, adept at multitasking.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual eager to learn and develop in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in operations management is advantageous, although not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
