**Event Associate Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Associate to join our team. As an Event Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and networking receptions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, manage logistics, and ensure the success of each event from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logístical arrangements.
- Understand clients' event objectives, preferences, and budget restrictions.
- Prepare event proposals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the event management team.
- Ensure all event needs are met by coordinating with vendors like caterers, AV technicians, and decorators.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination of staff and vendors.
- Provide assistance with attendee registration, check-in, and on-site support at events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
- Keep precise records of event budgets, contracts, and vendor agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Focused on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and event management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,125.00 - $4,795.00 per month
