Over 2 to 2.5 years, you will undergo comprehensive rotations across key business functions, gain exposure to real operations, and be mentored directly by senior leadership.   • Career Advancement: Upon successful completion, transition into a management role where you'll be given real responsibility and the platform to scale a business unit or lead a team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) from any major with strong academic and extracurricular track records.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Leadership qualities, resilience, and adaptability. - A keen interest in financial services and organizational growth. Bonus points if you have: - Internship or project experience in finance, consulting, or related industries - Participated in student leadership, competitions, or entrepreneurship initiatives
