About the role

Join us as a Management Associate. This is a full-time position that will see you play a crucial role in driving the strategic objectives of our organisation. As a Management Associate, you will contribute to the overall management and operations of the business, gaining valuable experience across various functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of key initiatives and projects
  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and provide recommendations to clients
  • Assist in the development and execution of operational plans and budgets
  • Participate in process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the management of day-to-day operations, including stakeholder engagement and problem-solving
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth
  • Undertake special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Relevant university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a management or consulting role, preferably in the Banking and Financial Services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in learning and professional development
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
