Associate IT Project Manager | Agile

Working Hours: Mon–Fri

Location: Central

Remuneration: Up to $5,500 + AWS

Join our dynamic team as an Associate IT Project Manager, supporting digital transformation and technology initiatives across the organization. You will assist in managing Agile projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to IT audits and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including business cases, schedules, and status reports.
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on system implementation and procurement activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project progress, highlight issues or risks, and support mitigation planning.
  • Help track project budgets and ensure proper financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with teams and auditors to support IT audits and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report project updates and outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and promote Agile and project management best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Understanding of IT governance, controls, or audit processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
