Central Region, Singapore IDEMIA Public Security Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

IDEMIA is a global leader in identity technologies, serving governments and enterprises worldwide. In our Public Security division, we deliver mission-critical solutions in biometrics, secure systems, and large-scale infrastructure for transportation and border management.

This position will be subcontracted to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX), under the Lifecycle Support Service program. The role is integral to ensuring the effective operation and sustained support of IDEMIA systems, contributing to the resilience and technological advancement of national security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Governance and Cybersecurity Management

  2. Provide support in procurement and project management services to the Customer such as Architectural Security Review (ASR)/ Remediation of Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Test (PT) finding, Audits, Monthly Reviews of Privileged Accounts and etc

  3. System & Ops Support Management

  4. Provide support in system management and O&S activities required to maintain the systems' Service Level Agreement

  5. Review and Implementation of Operations Service Requests
  6. Obsolescence Management

  7. Project Management

  8. provides support in Technology Refresh

  9. Security Enhancement/Integration
  10. Services/Infrastructure Migrations

  11. Supply Support Management

  12. Support the submission of security clearance for related vendors

  13. Modification & Configuration Management

  14. Operation and maintenance manual review

  15. Engineering Support Management

  16. Technical queries by the relevant Customer; and

  17. Recommendation for project management scope

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with exposure to cybersecurity governance, infrastructure, or system operations
  • Familiar with security assessments such as ASR, VA/PT, audits, and privileged account reviews
  • Knowledge in infrastructure operations, technology refresh, obsolescence management, and system/service migrations
  • Strong understanding of security compliance processes, including vendor clearance and configuration management
