**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment.
- Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of Company’s plant, machinery, building and associated facilities.
- Carries out inspection and servicing of the company’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, machinery and equipment.
- Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
- Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provide assistance as required.
- Conducts regular checks and functionality tests on building services equipment for compliance and serviceability.
- Carries out minor repairs on faulty building services equipment to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.
- Supervises major repair works by contractors on faulty building services equipment to ensure repairs are done to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in building, facilities and M&E services maintenance is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude
