**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Manages and Administration of expatriates’ HR activities, including but not limited to rotation and appraisal matters
- Responsible for expatriates housing matters and lease agreements
- Responsible for end to end lifecycle of administration of Employment Pass/Dependent Pass
- Responsible for HR admin work such as the preparation of Company Letters, booking of service apartment, onboarding/off-boarding administration which includes the updating of staff master list, maintaining employees’ personnel files, updating employees’ personal particulars in MOM portal.
- Prepare weekly Business Trip report
- Liaise with regional counterparts to prepare monthly/quarterly regional headcount report
- Create Payment Instructions and other payment or billing slips
- Check and consolidate all Business Trip Per diem allowance for tax reporting purposes.
- Ad-hoc assignments given by Managers
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma/Degree holder with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
- Positive attitude, committed and willing to learn
- Meticulous, resourceful and possesses a sharp and analytical mind
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience in SAP is preferred
