**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with HR Leadership to execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead and guide team members on day-to-day matters
- Partner with CoEs to manage Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HRIS systems, Corporate Culture and Corporate Communications matters
- Periodically review and document HR policies & procedures in line with legal compliance and HR best practices
- Development of HR analytics displaying key performance metrics for management to examine current performance
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing needs, grievances or other issues provide actionable results.
- Work with the team to develop sound initiatives to enhance the working environment and office administration.
- Liaison with sister companies and share best practices.
**Requirements**:
- At least five years of experience as a Senior HR generalist or HR Manager
- Experience working with Finance Institute will be advantageous
- Experience in setting up HR functions from scratch will be advantageous
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience & proficiency in at least four or more of the HR & Administration discipline - planning and policy, talent management, compensation, benefits, training and staff development, employee relations, performance management, HR systems and projects, administration
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence key decision-makers and employee
- Strong sense of responsibility to handle matters with discretion, confidentiality, and empathy
**Salary**: Up to $10,000.00 per month
