**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to the management team and employees on HR policies and procedures, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, handling employee relations issues, administering HR programs, payroll processing and supporting the HR team with other initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related role
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Confident and Dependable
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with employees
- Responsible and Meticulous
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Ability to solve problems, exercise good judgment, and handle confidential information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,336.96 - $3,300.00 per month
