**Procurement Admin Officer**:
We are seeking an experienced Admin officer that has experience in handling procurement matters and handle some administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities includes, but not limiting to:
- Assist HR and Admin department on handling procurement matters and maintaining a registry for vendors and on-going suppliers' contracts.
- Office administrative tasks such such mail operations inculding arranging courier services.
- Handle facility management such as Landlord's meeting and management repairs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification, perferrably related to Logistic, Business Management, Finance or Facility Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling procurement matters.
- Can accept 100% work in office.
