**Mars Equity **is a Singapore-Based technology fund, created to provide growth capital for fast-growing startups and tech companies in the Asia-Pacific and EMEA region. The fund will invest in middle-later stage startups and manage $500+ million. Mars Equity is a joint venture between Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group’s core banking subsidiary MUFG Bank, LIQUiDITY Group, and US-based venture capital, Spark Capital. As **Investment Team Associate / Principal, **your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis of potential and existing investment opportunities
- Conduct due diligence meetings, performing reference checks with portfolio company executives
- Review offering memoranda for new investment opportunities coming to market
- Conduct due diligence research on potential buyouts, acquisitions, and other potential investment opportunities
- Performing reference checks with portfolio company executives, working extensively with financial models and evaluating overall performance by examining underlying portfolio investments
- Monitoring the firm’s investments through regular interaction with other associates and managers, as well as attending meetings with client companies and investment teams
- Constantly sourcing deals by developing relationships with entrepreneurs

**You have**:
- ** More than 10 years of relevant working experience in the industry.**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong contacts and networks in the ecosystem or the banking industry
- Extensive experience in financial modeling & structuring
- Excellent relationship & stakeholder management skills, demonstrable ability to gain trust
- Professional communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong desire to grow or continue your career
