Our platform is natively cross‐asset, business agnostic, and engineered for adaptability—empowering sell‐side institutions and capital markets clients to stay ahead of volatility and complexity. With offices in the US, Europe, and Singapore, they are expanding their footprint across APAC and seeking a high‐performing sales professional to drive growth. Role Overview As Regional Sales Manager/Director – APAC, reporting to the head of APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with sell‐side banking and capital markets clients across the region. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building new business, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering strategic technology solutions to investment banking and trading desks. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the sales strategy for APAC, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, broker‐dealers, and capital markets firms Identify and engage senior decision‐makers across trading, risk, operations, and technology functions Drive full‐cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing Collaborate with pre‐sales, product, and executive teams to tailor solutions and accelerate adoption Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting Qualifications Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience in capital markets technology, trading platforms, or investment banking solutions Proven track record of selling into sell‐side institutions across APAC Deep understanding of trading workflows, risk management, and operations in capital markets Hunter mentality with strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills Based in Singapore with willingness to travel across APAC Excellent communication and executive presence What's on Offer Base salary up to SGD 250,000, with additional commission opportunities that can double the base Permanent role within a reputable company in the business services industry Opportunities for professional growth and career development Engaging company culture that values performance and innovation Exposure to a competitive and rewarding market in London Take the next step in your career as a Regional Sales Director and make an impact in London.
