Develop, enhance, and execute investment strategies for global equity portfolios, with a primary focus on US small- and mid-cap equities. Continuously assess portfolio risks and opportunities by monitoring holdings, market conditions, and identifying buy/sell ideas based on fundamentals and relative value. Monitor daily price movements, spreads, and performance indicators for all equity positions. Conduct comprehensive fundamental equity research, including financial modeling, industry evaluations, and competitive analysis to support investment decisions. Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments of investment opportunities across markets, sectors, and geographies. Deliver high-quality investment reports, recommendations, and presentations for internal investment committees. Engage clients to understand their objectives and risk tolerance, providing tailored equity solutions within broader multi‑asset portfolios when required. Lead client meetings, including periodic performance reviews and discussions on market outlook. Prepare equity market updates, portfolio commentaries, and thematic insights for internal and external distribution. Provide administrative and system‑related support for the investment process when needed. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to fostering a strong, research‑driven investment culture. Key Requirements Minimum of 10 years’ experience in equity portfolio management, with a proven track record in global equity research and portfolio construction. Proficient in both Mandarin and English communications Strong expertise in financial forecasting, valuation techniques, fundamental analysis, and equity risk management. Deep understanding of global market trends, macroeconomic drivers, and sector dynamics. Experience with portfolio management platforms, financial databases, and analytical tools is preferred. Strong risk management mindset with strict adherence to company and regulatory requirements. Highly self‑driven, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly express investment ideas and market perspectives.
