**Job Title**

Assistant Finance & Administrative Manager
**Job Description Summary**

Oversee staff performance, asset management, tenant services, and call centre operations while ensuring compliance, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

**About the Role**:

- ** Staff Management & Development** - Guide, mentor, assess performance, track training hours, manage leave, claims, and talent development.
- ** Operational Oversight** - Supervise fixed asset verification, procurement, and ensure timely filing and process compliance.
- ** Call Centre Supervision** - Oversee call centre staff, ensure reports are submitted, and maintain call response standards.
- ** Financial & Claims Verification** - Approve OT claims, refunds, credit transfers, and penalty waivers.
- ** Audit, Insurance & Inventory** - Manage office inventory, support external audits and insurance matters in coordination with SFAM.

**About You**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in operations, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Ability to oversee call center operations, ensure timely reporting, and manage customer service standards.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance, tenant communication, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, and insurance providers.
- Ability to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.
