**About Us**

We are a well-established firm of more than 40 years specializing in interior design and renovation works for residential and commercial projects in Singapore. With a strong focus on quality workmanship and client satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive (Finance & Accounts) to support our growing business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Process payments to suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage GST submissions and liaise with auditors/tax agents
- Monitor project budgets and cost tracking
- Process payroll and CPF submissions
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and company budgeting
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance records
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients on billing and payment matters
- Perform any other finance/admin-related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in SME or construction/interior industry preferred)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
